中国兽医药品监察所现有一批建筑废旧材料物资拟通过招标方式集中进行报废处置，欢迎有意向的回收公司或个人参与报价竞争。具体要求及注意事项如下：
一、所有待报废的建筑废旧材料物资需整体购买，不得零散购买，运输时不得进行现场拆解。
二、现场勘察时间：2021年4月2日上午9:30。
三、投标文件要求：
（一）投标文件必须密封递交。
（二）提供营业执照或本人有效身份证件复印件。
（三）报价单分别报出总价和单价。
（四）提交报价时需要交纳1000元保证金（现金），未中标人的保证金将于开标后5日内退还，中标人的保证金将于仪器设备清运完毕后退还。
四、投标时间及地点： 2021年4月6日上午8:30至上午9时30分（北京时间）将报价单送至北京市海淀区中关村南大街8号科技楼308会议室，如有特殊情况另行通知。
五、开标时间：2021年4月6日上午9:45分（北京时间）在北京市海淀区中关村南大街8号科技楼308会议室，如有特殊情况另行通知。
六、评标办法：报价最高者中标并进行公示。中标人须于接到中标通知2日内按报价金额向我所交纳，并于交纳后5日内将建筑废旧材料物资清运完毕。
